***You must be a juried Professional Crafts Council Member to exhibit in this fair***
PLEASE NOTE: In order to participate in the fair, your PEICC membership must be current, and you must be a juried professional member of the PEICC to sell craft and fine art.

Thursday Set Up 3pm - 8pm NO EARLY BIRDS
Friday Setup 8am - 10 am
NEW SHOW HOURS:
Friday Fair 10 am - 5 pm
Saturday Fair 10 am - 5 pm
Sunday Fair 10 am - 3 pm
TEAR DOWN HOURS:
Sunday Tear down 3 - 7 pm
BOOTH FEES: (The deadline for applications and payment is November 7th) You will be invoiced though Square after the PEICC executive director has reviewed your application.
After Sept 30, partial refund minus $50 admin fee and any credit card fees.
No refunds after October 21.
BOOTH RENTALS:
PEICC PROFESSIONAL CRAFT BOOTH RENTAL Pricing:
Table Top space 6 ft skirted table top rental plus 1 chair - $ 140 plus HST (no extra floor space)
Medium space 6 ft deep x 14 feet front includes 2 skirted 6 ft tables plus 1 chair - $ 270 plus HST
Large space 14 x14 foot space plus 1 chair - $ 395 plus HST (tables are an additional cost)
CRAFT NS, CRAFT NB, Book Vendors, Food Vendors, Invited Art Vendors BOOTH RENTAL Pricing:
Table Top space 6 ft skirted table top rental plus 1 chair - $ 180 plus HST (no extra floor space)
Medium space 6 ft deep x 14 ft front includes 2 skirted 6 ft tables plus 1 chair - $ 310 plus HST
Large space 14 x14 ft space plus 1 chair - $ 435 plus HST (tables are an additional cost)
** Extra Chairs available upon request.
** Table Rental available for large spaces.
** Two Vendors may share a Large space along the wall (invoiced separately).
** Two Vendors may share a Medium space along the center aisle.
BOOTH HOLDERS AGREEMENTS:
CRAFT Standards: All items offered for sale must be produced by active professional members in good standing of the PEICC, in the medium which the artisan’s work has been juried. Booths must be ready for Standards committee review one hour before show opening and all items for sale must comply with PEICC Standards Committee decisions.
Food Vendors: Food vendors must comply with Prince Edward Island Food Safety Laws and Requirements. Provincial food safety laws are enforced by Prince Edward Island Environmental Health. Vendors must hold a valid license.
Invited Art Vendors: Vendor may sell originals or prints of their own art. Vendors will be expected to follow the Fine Art Standards of the PEICC.
Pricing: All items must be clearly marked with prices.
Table covers: Exhibitors are encouraged to cover tables tops and table sides.
Electricity: Electricity is included in the booth price. Exhibitor is responsible to bring their own extension cords to access plugs.
Pipe and Drape: There will be pipe and drape between full size booths. There is no pipe and drape for table top booths.
Management: Each booth must be open on time daily, and remain open for the duration of the fair.
Maintenance: All cartons and packing materials must be removed or hidden before the Fair opens. All property must be removed from the premises Sunday evening.
Booth Space: Booths will be taped off and must be organized in such a way so it will not intrude upon neighboring booths. Extensions beyond individual booth boundaries will not be permitted as we will be maintaining a social distance between booths for everyone’s comfort.
Insurance: Insurance is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Flammable/Toxic Materials: The use of candles or other flammable or toxic materials is prohibited.
Fair Entrance Fee: There will be a recommended fair entrance donation of $5 per person. (Under 12 is free.) Entrance fee includes the entire weekend.
