Educational Mission to Santa Fe Indian Market
PEI crafts council took part in the education mission to @santafeindianmarket this past week. Thanks to @innovation_pei funding and @craftallianceatlantic we were able to bring @mpeterpaul and @aputik to Santa Fe along with 7 artists from the Atlantic provinces that took part in this beautiful market. Our own quill artist Noella Moore had a booth in the market and got a lot of interest in her work. The mission was life changing for all the participants and opened up their eyes to what’s possible… We visited the @instituteofamericanindianarts campus and gallery and the museums @wheelhousepei @indianartandculturemuseum.
