Mad About Colour by Joanne Scantlebury Muckart
For over 50 years I've been an award winning weaver, knitter, sewist. I come from generations of PElsland craftspeople who earned their living with their hands. I work primarily in energy colours & delicious texture - featuring my handdyed, handspun, fabrics printed from my own designs, found & repurposed materials - to create quality, fashion unconscious, Functional Art with a touch of whimsy. Turquoise is my fav colour, the 1950's & 60's my fav era. I work from my dream home/studio that I designed & built in the woods overlooking our beach. You can find me on instagram (@madaboutcolour)
