Nancy Hunt, The Master’s Pieces

Nancy has been sewing since she was very young. It seems Santa was not concerned with age appropriateness years ago when he brought her an electric sewing machine when she was just seven! Her formal training was limited to Home Economics  classes with some additional night school courses in tailoring, but Nancy has been continuously acquiring more knowledge and improving skills on her own for many years.

Working in her rural Island studio, she strongly believes that design, function and quality workmanship must partner with appropriate textiles to produce the best results.  To that end, she has chosen  a premium,  hand-dyed, fairly traded batik quilting cotton with which she creates her designs.   Nancy's products include a variety of home decor including hangings, runners and tea accessories made from a wonderful selection of batiks.
